Cloud migration
Move workloads to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud with a plan you can audit.
- Every server, app and dependency mapped first
- Moves in waves, each with a way back
- Accounts, network and access set up before anything moves
E · Service orbit: the eight services turn slowly round one core on their own. The service passing the top fills the middle; point at one to hold it there. Says “one team, eight services” without a word.
Our cloud consulting services cover migration, DevOps, AI, extra engineers for your team, day-to-day operations, security, backup and cost control, from one team of certified cloud engineers in India. You keep the access, the runbooks and the savings.

DevOps TechLab provides cloud consulting services in India for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud: migration, DevOps, AI, managed cloud, security, backup and cost control, from one certified team. You keep your accounts, your data and every runbook.

The eight services
Grouped the way the work happens: build it, run it, then keep the spend in check. Start with one service or hand us all eight. The same engineers stay with you either way.
Move workloads to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud with a plan you can audit.
Pipelines that test and ship on every merge.
AI assistants and search built on your own data.
Certified cloud and DevOps engineers who join your team.
One owner per system, and runbooks you keep.
Guardrails and audit readiness for ISO 27001, SOC 2 and PCI DSS.
Restores tested on a schedule, not assumed.
Find why the bill went up, fix it, and keep it down.

Book a 20-minute review →B · Tick what sounds familiar: 24 warning signs, three per service, in one list. Visitors tick the ones that apply and the panel ranks the services that fit, best match first. Interactive and a little bit fun; the ticked signs can go into the lead form message later.
Where to start
Most teams come to us with a problem, not a service name. Pick the one that sounds like you and see where we’d start and what you’d get first.
Tick everything that sounds familiar
Tick a few signs and we’ll show which services fit, best match first.
E · Example project plan: a 12-week plan for an example 40-server migration, drawn as bars on a timeline with milestones. Makes the four steps concrete. Clearly labelled as an example; real plans come after the assessment.
How an engagement runs
Every service follows the same path: we look first, agree the plan in writing, do the work in small steps, then stay on or hand over. You always keep your accounts, your access and the runbooks.
Example project
Weeks 3–10 run in waves: a few servers at a time, each tested and reversible, with changes in agreed windows.
A · Three cloud cards: one card per cloud with its partner badge on a white well, the exact credential wording, what we do there and the services we use most. A strip underneath covers credits and links to the Productivity partners.
Clouds and credentials
We don’t push one cloud. We work where your workloads already are, or recommend the best fit and explain why. The same eight services, run by engineers certified on each platform.

A · Numbers + story rail: the five team numbers count up in a band, then the eight stories sit in a sideways rail (one per service) that you drag, swipe or move with the arrows. Each card: service, industry, big result, the problem and before/after bars.

FAQ
Straight answers on where to start, what it costs, who owns what, and how we work with your team.
Book the 20-minute review. An engineer looks at your setup, names the biggest risks and costs, and tells you which service to start with. No sales deck and no obligation to go ahead.
The assessment usually takes one to two weeks and the plan about a week. Delivery starts once you sign off the plan, and its length depends on the scope.
Yes. Most clients start with one, often a migration, a cost review or a security check, and add others later. The same engineers stay with you either way.
We work with startups, software firms, lenders and product teams, from a first cloud account to hundreds of workloads. We’ve helped more than 70 startups with cloud credits.
After the assessment you get a written plan with the scope, timeline and a fixed quote for the project. Ongoing management is priced month by month, agreed in the same plan.
The 20-minute review is free. If the full assessment is charged, we tell you the cost before it starts.
The plan states the term before you sign. Managed services run month by month, and if you decide to run things yourselves we hand over properly.
Where you qualify, we help you apply for cloud credits and partner programmes from AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud. Eligibility is set by each provider.
You do. Everything runs in cloud accounts you own, and the runbooks we write are handed to you.
Read-only access for the assessment. After that, named and logged access for each engineer, which you can remove at any time.
You keep your accounts, your data and every runbook. We walk your team through the handover and our access is removed.
We get you ready: a gap check, fixes to access and logging, and evidence collected as you go. The audit itself is done by an independent auditor.
No. We work alongside your team, or act as your cloud team if you don’t have one. You decide who owns what, and it’s written down in the plan.
We move in waves, a few systems at a time. Each wave is tested, has a way back, and happens in a change window you approve.
You get a short update every week during delivery. Once we’re running things, you get a monthly report and a monthly review call.
We don’t push one. We work where your workloads already are, or recommend AWS, Azure or Google Cloud with the reasons in writing. We’re partners with all three.
Yes. We can run workloads across more than one cloud, or alongside servers you keep on premises.
Yes. We license, move and manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho, Adobe and Apple for business. See our Productivity pages.
