What’s in Creative Cloud
Creative Cloud Pro includes more than 20 Adobe apps, plus Firefly and 1 TB of storage per person. Most people use two or three of them. Here’s what each team uses, so every person gets the licence they need, not the biggest plan by default.

We sell Adobe’s business plans only: for teams and enterprise. Individual and student plans are sold by Adobe directly.
Adobe’s India list prices for business, per licence per month on a yearly plan billed monthly (Adobe Express for teams is billed yearly: ₹7,452 a seat, ₹4,656 in year one), checked on adobe.com on 30 Sep 2026; Adobe can change them. Creative Cloud Pro is ₹4,656 a month in year one for new subscribers. Prices exclude 18% GST; we bill in INR on one GST invoice.

How team licensing works
We sell Adobe for business through Adobe’s Value Incentive Plan (VIP). Your company owns the licences, manages them in the Admin Console, and every licence renews on one date, however many times you add to it during the year.
The standard term. Renews each year on your Anniversary Date.
Commit to a minimum number of licences for three years and lock your price.
Pay up front for a longer term and pick an Anniversary Date that fits your budget year.

Move personal accounts
Many teams start with designers buying Adobe on their own. It works until someone leaves with the licence and the files. We move everyone onto team licences your company owns, one person at a time, without anyone losing work.
We find everyone on a personal plan, which apps they use and when each plan renews.
We set up your Admin Console and order the right plan for each person, below Adobe’s list price.
Each person gets a business profile. Using the same email is fine: Adobe keeps personal and business profiles separate.
We show each person how to move their work files and libraries from the personal profile to the business one.
Each person cancels their own plan, timed to its renewal so nobody pays twice or loses access mid-project.
Why not one click? Adobe’s automatic upgrade from an individual plan only works for team plans bought directly from Adobe. Through a reseller, we plan the switch with you, which also lets us time it to each person’s renewal.

Acrobat and e-signatures
Acrobat for teams edits, converts and protects PDFs and collects e-signatures in the same app. Quotes, offer letters and vendor contracts get signed on a phone, with a record of who signed and when, on licences we sell below Adobe’s list price.
Most business documents
India’s Information Technology Act 2000 gives electronic and digital signatures the same legal weight as handwritten ones. Adobe says courts now presume that recognised signatures were validly affixed.

Firefly and AI for teams
Firefly is Adobe’s generative AI, built into Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Express. Adobe trains it on licensed and public-domain content, not on your files, and says its outputs can be used in commercial work. We set it up so your team gets useful results and stays on-brand.

After purchase
Buying the licences is day one. We set up your Admin Console, get the apps onto everyone’s computer, handle joiners and leavers all year, and bring you a licence review before Adobe renews.
Stage 1
We order through Adobe’s Value Incentive Plan (VIP). Your company gets its own Admin Console.
We add your admins. If you want, we verify your domain so people sign in with their work email.
Each person is added to the right plan, such as Creative Cloud Pro or Acrobat Pro. Adobe emails them an invite.
People sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app and install what they need. Or we build a package your IT team pushes out.
We check that everyone has signed in and nobody is stuck.
Stage 2
We give them a spare licence, or add one. Added licences are charged only up to your renewal date.
We take the licence back and give it to someone else. Adobe lets their cloud files pass to a colleague.
We move them to the plan they now need, for example from one app to Creative Cloud Pro.
You decide who in your company can see and change licences. We set up the roles.
Sign-in, install or licence problems come to us. If it’s an Adobe issue, we raise it with Adobe.
Stage 3
We tell you your renewal date and what’s coming, well before Adobe’s window opens.

In the 30 days before renewal you can lower your count or change plans. We make the changes.

Yes. The apps, features, cloud storage and Firefly are exactly the same. Your licences are Adobe business licences under Adobe’s Value Incentive Plan (VIP), managed in your own Admin Console. What changes is the price, and the help you get.
As an Adobe Certified Reseller we sell Adobe’s business plans below Adobe’s list price. Tell us the plans and number of people, and we’ll send our price.
No. As a reseller we sell business plans only: Creative Cloud for teams, Acrobat for teams and enterprise plans. A business plan can still be bought for a team of one.
Creative Cloud Pro for people who use several apps and Firefly, Creative Cloud Standard when Firefly matters less, a single app for someone who uses one tool, and Acrobat Pro for people who only work with PDFs. We check what each person uses and suggest the lowest plan that covers it.

Your company has one Adobe VIP account with an Anniversary Date. All your licences renew together on that date, and your admins assign them to people in the Admin Console.
Yes, at any time. Licences added mid-year are charged only up to your Anniversary Date, so everything still renews together.
Only at renewal. Adobe opens a renewal window 30 days before your Anniversary Date, and that is when you can lower your count or change plans. We send you a licence review before it opens.
With 10 or more licences, you can commit for three years and keep your price steady for that time. We’ll tell you whether it suits your team.
Their licence is taken back and can go to someone else straight away. Adobe lets their cloud files pass to a colleague, so work isn’t lost.
Yes. We send the request and a reseller change code is issued. It’s valid for 7 days, and your admin enters it in the Admin Console under Account details. Users and their files stay exactly where they are.
Yes. We set up licences under Adobe’s VIP and time the switch to your renewal, so you don’t pay twice for the same person. People then sign in to their new licence, and we plan how work files move if needed.
Yes. Each person gets a company licence and cancels their personal plan, best timed to its renewal. Adobe doesn’t move a personal plan to a teams plan automatically when you buy through a reseller, and the same email can hold separate personal and business profiles. We guide people through it.
Yes. Creative Cloud Pro includes up to 4,000 generative credits a month, used in the Firefly app and in features like Generative Fill in Photoshop. Adobe Express includes Firefly features too.
Adobe says outputs from Firefly features that are not in beta can be used commercially. Firefly is trained on licensed content such as Adobe Stock and on public-domain content, and Content Credentials are added to what it makes. Adobe’s IP indemnification applies to enterprise plans only.
No. Adobe says it does not train Firefly on customers’ content.
