Yes. The apps, features and Microsoft data centres are exactly the same. What changes is the price, who sets it up, and who you call when you need help.
As a Microsoft partner we buy licences through Microsoft’s official partner channel, via our authorised distributor, and pass a better rate on to you. Tell us your plan mix and number of people, and we’ll send our price.
Yes. You can mix plans in one account, so each person gets only what they need. Each Business plan covers up to 300 people; above that we add Enterprise plans.
The prices on this page are for a yearly commitment. Microsoft also offers a month-to-month option at a higher price. We’ll show you both before you decide.
You can add licences at any time. On a yearly commitment, licences can be reduced within the first seven days or at renewal. We review your licences before each renewal so you don’t pay for seats nobody uses.
Not everyone does. Copilot Chat comes with Microsoft 365. Full Microsoft 365 Copilot comes with the “with Copilot” plans or as an add-on, and we help you decide who will get real value from it.
Mail is copied across before the switch while you keep working, and we run a final sync afterwards so late messages come across too.
It depends on how many people and how much data you have. After the first check you get a written plan with dates. The switch itself happens at a time you pick.
Yes. Your domain moves with you, so everyone keeps the same address.
Yes. Your data stays where it is. We’re added as your partner, your licences move to us, and we start managing it from there.
Microsoft 365 accounts set up in India keep core data, such as mail and files, in Microsoft’s India data centres. We can show you where your data sits in your admin centre.
Microsoft keeps the service running and has recycle bins for recent deletions, but protecting your own data is your job under Microsoft’s shared responsibility model. That’s why we back up mail, OneDrive and SharePoint for you.
Basic and Standard include spam filtering and multi-factor sign-in. Premium adds Intune for devices, Defender for Business, sign-in rules and Purview. We’ll tell you which people really need it.
