You don’t need the same plan for everyone. Google lets one organisation hold several paid editions and suggests buying them through a partner like us; we’ll set up the mix.

As a Google Cloud Partner we buy licences through Google’s official partner channel, via our authorised distributor, and pass a better rate on to you. Tell us your plan and number of people, and we’ll send our price.
Yes. Google lets one organisation hold several paid editions, for example Starter for some people and Standard for others. We set up the mix so each person gets what they need.
Both are possible. Google’s India prices on this page are for a yearly plan, which Google says saves 16% over paying month to month. We’ll show you both before you decide.
On a flexible monthly plan you can add or remove licences at any time. On a yearly plan you can add licences, but you can only reduce them at renewal. We review your licences before each renewal.
Gemini in Gmail and the Gemini app come with Starter and above. Gemini in Docs, Sheets and Meet comes with Standard and above. Base doesn’t include Gemini.
No. Mail is copied across before the switch while you keep working, and we run a final sync afterwards so late messages come across too.
Yes. Your domain moves with you, so everyone keeps the same address.
Yes. Google Workspace works with Microsoft Outlook on Windows, so people who prefer Outlook can keep it for mail and calendar.
They open and edit in Google Drive without converting. You can keep them as Office files, or convert them to Docs and Sheets when you want to edit together.
Yes. You start a transfer to us in your admin console. Google says transfers don’t affect your data or availability, so there’s nothing to migrate and no downtime.
No. Google says your company data isn’t used to train Gemini models or for ads, and Gemini only sees files each person can already open.
Google keeps the service running and lets admins restore recently deleted files and mail for a limited time. Longer-term protection of your own data is your job, which is why we recommend a separate backup. Ask us about options.
